At Ratio Coffee Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If your machine isn't the perfect fit for your kitchen, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your machine in its original box with all accessories and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
