Ratio machines emulate a manual pour-over process using a powerful heating element and a precise showerhead that ensures even saturation and optimal brewing temperatures between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Do you offer a warranty on your coffee machines?
Yes, all new Ratio coffee machines come with a limited 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components to ensure your peace of mind.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused or gently used products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I use any type of coffee filter with my Ratio machine?
While our machines are optimized for specific filter shapes (like the Chemex or Ratio paper filters), most standard flat-bottom or cone filters will work depending on the specific model you own.
